You come in to organize the house while the operation grows at the pace of a vertical SaaS that just found traction.
What you'll do
- Run your own book of clinics (the same operation the team runs)
- Lead the current concierge and hire/develop the next ones
- Supervise each client's journey and account health like a senior CS — outcomes, engagement, churn signals
- Organize the house: SLAs, runbooks, repeatable processes, operational metrics
- Drastically cut manual onboarding time per client
- Keep churn low as the base grows at traction pace
- Single escalation point between customers, product, and engineering
Must-have
- 5+ years leading Ops, CS, Onboarding, or Concierge in B2B SaaS
- Already scaled a 3–10 person team running high volume
- Comfortable serving customers directly, not just leading from a distance
- Hands-on — opens conversations, reads logs, fights for SLAs
- Sharp writing and direct communication
- Business messaging APIs, platform integrations, and metrics dashboards
- Available for occasional in-person meetups in Belo Horizonte
Nice-to-have
- Franchise market (aesthetics, laser, health, beauty)
- Consultative sales background
- Applied AI (LLMs, vector stores, prompt engineering)

- 100% remote · Brazil
