Lead2Go is AI that answers and qualifies leads in seconds, covering what used to be an entire pre-sales team — in production, with paying customers who've already taken support reps off payroll because of it. You'll work across every product surface: the agent platform behind it all, the Customer App that hands control back to the clinic owner, and the backoffice that runs the operation.

What you'll do
- Evolve the agent engine (multi-node orchestration, RAG with vector store)
- Build and iterate the Customer App (configuration, metrics, human intervention)
- Maintain and extend the operations backoffice (organizations, agents, conversations)
- Build integrations with external platforms (messaging, CRM, billing)
- Optimize API performance (queue, processing, cache)
- Ship features end-to-end — db schema → API → UI → metric
Must-have
- Hungry to grow; hungry for a challenging project
- 3+ years of solid TypeScript full-stack
- React + Next.js at the level of someone who can ship UI on their own (App Router, Server Components)
- PostgreSQL fluency (modeling, queries, indexes)
- Comfortable with applied AI (prompt engineering, text generation via API)
- Disciplined with automated testing and code review
Nice-to-have
- NestJS
- LangGraph or another agent orchestrator
- RAG / vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, etc)
- Prisma / BullMQ
- Tailwind CSS / shadcn/ui
- Observability (Sentry, LangSmith)
